Umbreon was passing through the town, when she saw a Squirtle walking towards her. "Hey!" she said, walking over. "You looking for something?" she asked. "I know where everything is, I've been walking around town remembering everything so maybe I can get a good spot for my Cotton Candy and rabble tables is the Festival's here."
